We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing

4. Legal bases for processing

We process personal data only where we have a valid legal basis, including:

  • Contract: to take steps at your request before a booking and to perform our contract with you.

  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting and other legal requirements

  • Legitimate interests: to manage, protect and improve our business and services, provided your interests and rights do not override those interests.

  • Consent: where consent is legally required, for example for certain marketing communications or nonessential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you do not provide information required for a booking, we may be unable to prepare a quotation, confirm

the booking or provide the service.

5. Sharing your personal data

We share personal data only where necessary and appropriate. Recipients may include:

These third parties must handle data confidentially and securely. Some providers may act as independent controllers and will have their own privacy policies.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed by external payment service providers. We receive only the information needed to confirm payment, manage the booking, issue invoices and meet accounting obligations. We do not store full payment-card details unless this is necessary and legally permitted.

  1. Email, telephone and WhatsApp

When you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide to answer your request, coordinate your service and maintain relevant booking records. Communication providers, including WhatsApp, may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

  1. Cookies and website technologies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for security and website functionality. We use only necessary cookies unless you give consent through our cookie banner for analytics or marketing cookies. Where required by law, we ask for consent before placing non-essential cookies.

A current overview of cookies and third-party tools used on our website is available in our Cookie Policy or cookie banner. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner, where available, or through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect parts of the website.

  1. International transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). If this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by applicable data-protection law. These safeguards may include an EU adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards.

  1. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Our usual retention periods are:

  • Enquiries and quotations that do not result in a booking: 24 months after the last contact

  • Booking, passenger and operational records: 7 years after completion of the service, unless a longer period is necessary for a complaint, claim or legal obligation.

  • Invoices, payment records and tax administration: at least 7 years, in accordance with Dutch tax and accounting obligations.

  • WhatsApp, email and customer-service communications: 24 months after the last contact, unless they form part of a booking, complaint or legal record.

  • Technical and security logs: retained for a limited period necessary for security, diagnostics and fraud prevention.

  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or earlier if the data is no longer needed.

When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymise it or securely dispose of it.

  1. How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, alteration and destruction. These measures may include encrypted connections, access controls, password protection, device security, backups and limiting access to persons who need the data for legitimate business purposes.

No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free. If a personal-data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the appropriate authority and affected people where required by law.
